Job Description:
As a team member, you’ll be guided to participate in the following tasks:
- Develop plans to ensure brand image (at the store level).
- Develop and review proposed business plans with clients.
- Support the Sales Manager in gathering feedback on in-store activities or consumer insights regarding the brand/product.
- Build and negotiate effective contracts, ensuring mutual benefits for all parties.
- Work with clients on new product listings, ensuring optimal product display/shelving.
- Perform other tasks as directed by upper management.
Candidate Requirements:
1.1 Education/Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Preference given to candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent fields.
- Proficient in basic office software, especially Excel.
1.2 Experience:
- No prior experience required.
- Basic understanding of the FMCG industry is a plus.
